I will ask for a 50% deposit before any work can begin on the project. This will secure your project in my schedule. The remaining payment will be due on the completion date agreed after proposal is accepted.

Absolutely! I have a strong background in print design so can guide you on paper/card stock, large format and booklet printing to make sure the final product matches the vision we had for your brand.

I unfortunately don’t provide this service, however I’m always happy to advise on where to go to for production and can put you in touch with some great suppliers and printers to work with.

Yes! I do request permission to use the materials I created, for the use of my portfolio, and self-promotion, including social media platforms. However, all the brand elements that I send within the package are yours to own. These include the editable working files for future use.

During our initial call / meeting I will ask you to finalise your detailed design brief and supply any visual inspirations you’ve seen that you like the look of or a creative mood-board that encompasses the look and feel you’re hoping for. We can then agree upon an overall vision for your brand and work can commence.

A successful design process always starts with a clear brief from the client. I will only ever begin work once we both have a clear understanding on the direction and mission you have for your brand. This in turn will avoid any delays in the agreed upon timeline.

Unfortunately, I’m not a specialist Packaging Designer, however I can mock up packaging designs and will include these within the package if this is an element that’s needed. This is something that can then be given to a specialist or a printing company to help execute.

My branding package includes set revisions. To help keep the process efficient, I stipulate 2-3 rounds of feedback in total within a 4-week timeline. Timings may differ depending on amount of work requested and we can agree upon a different number in that case.
